My Published Research on Self-Ticketing Machines at CGV Cinema

I am excited to announce that my journal article, focusing on the usability and user experience (UX) of self-ticketing machines at CGV Cinema, has been published! This research is a culmination of efforts to understand how technology can simplify processes and create a more seamless experience for cinema-goers. Through detailed analysis, the study highlights areas where these machines excel and identifies opportunities to optimize their design and functionality.

This research was conducted under the expert guidance of my supervisor, Mr. Achmad Syarief MSD PhD, whose insights and mentorship played a vital role in shaping the direction of the study. By closely examining user interactions with the self-ticketing machines, we uncovered significant insights into usability patterns and challenges. These findings emphasize the importance of intuitive design and user-centric solutions in enhancing the overall cinema experience.

One of the key takeaways from the study is how thoughtful design can bridge the gap between technology and user satisfaction. By addressing specific usability pain points, self-ticketing machines can not only improve operational efficiency but also enhance customer engagement and convenience. This research provides actionable recommendations for designers, developers, and stakeholders to consider when implementing or upgrading self-service systems.

I invite you to explore the full article and dive deeper into the findings and implications of this study. I would love to hear your thoughts and feedback as we continue to drive advancements in usability and user experience research. Let’s reimagine how technology can serve users better, one innovation at a time.
