This past weekend, I had the privilege of leading an “Alumni Talk” session at Universitas Mercu Buana, engaging with talented final-year students as they presented their remarkable design projects. My presentation, titled “Implementing Design Thinking in Product Design,” focused on the significance of design thinking methodologies, which have been a cornerstone of my professional journey spanning over seven years in digital product design.
The experience of sharing my insights and personal journey with these aspiring designers was truly fulfilling. It provided an opportunity to give back to the community that shaped my early design career and to inspire students to think critically and creatively about their future roles in the industry. The enthusiasm and innovation showcased by the students reaffirmed my belief in the transformative power of design thinking and user-centric approaches.
As a recent M.Ds. graduate with a strong passion for merging technology and user-centered design, I strive to contribute meaningfully to the ever-evolving field of digital product design. My goal is to continue fostering creativity, innovation, and collaboration within the design community, driving impactful solutions for real-world challenges.
