Pursuing my Master’s degree in Design at Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) has been an incredible journey filled with learning, growth, and collaboration. This opportunity allowed me to immerse myself in the world of design, delving deeply into its principles and exploring critical perspectives on design phenomena happening around us. It was a chance to refine my skills and expand my horizons in ways I never imagined.
What made this experience even more special was the community I found along the way. Studying alongside peers from diverse design disciplines felt like having a second family—an academic family that supported, inspired, and encouraged each other at every step. The mutual exchange of ideas, experiences, and insights fostered an environment of collaboration and innovation that enriched not only my studies but also my personal growth.
My seven years of professional experience in the design field became a valuable asset during this program, helping me navigate challenges and approach projects with a practical mindset. Every project emphasized teamwork and critical thinking, teaching us how to create meaningful designs that resonate with people and solve real-world problems. The collaborative spirit of the program made every achievement feel like a shared success.
Becoming a Master’s student at ITB has been one of the best experiences of my life. The knowledge, skills, and connections I’ve gained are invaluable. I’m deeply grateful for this academic family and for the lessons that will stay with me forever.
